- How to redeem Uber voucher: Open the Uber App, tap on "Account" in the lower right corner → select "Add Promo Code" in the "Wallet" → enter the voucher number located under the QR code (Voucher No.) → tap "Continue" to successfully redeem. Once redeemed, the voucher cannot be canceled or refunded. The voucher can be used multiple times but must be fully used within the validity period.

- Usage Period: Voucher code must be redeemed and used within 14 days of acquisition via the Uber App.
- Important Notes:
- Uber vouchers cannot be combined in amount. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. For example, if you receive two vouchers of 300 units each, you can use up to 300 units per Uber trip, and so on.
- If the cost of a single Uber trip exceeds the amount of the voucher, the excess will be charged directly to the credit card linked to the user’s account. If the fare is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance can be used within the validity period of the voucher until it is depleted. Each voucher number is unique, and a number can only be assigned to an account once. Once assigned, the number is considered redeemed and cannot be canceled or returned, nor can it be converted into cash. Multiple 300-unit Uber vouchers obtained by purchasing Taiwan PASS can be assigned to the same Uber account, but the amounts cannot be combined.
