• No food or drinks are allowed on board, smoking is prohibited, and pets are not permitted on the boat.
• If the boat cannot operate due to weather conditions, navigational issues, mechanical problems, accidents, or other force majeure factors, the service will not be available.
• If any passengers require a wheelchair, please contact the supplier in advance using the contact information on the voucher, and provide details on the wheelchair's size and weight to ensure it meets boarding requirements.
