#Please present your purchase voucher (QR code) at the counter for verification and redemption by the staff。

• Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
• This ticket is limited to one person per use. Each electronic ticket can only be used once, and it cannot be reused after verification for entry.
• Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

｜Notices

• Each person must have a ticket for admission. Please have your ticket and valid ID ready for verification at the ticket counter, where you will exchange your electronic voucher for a physical ticket. Please comply with all health and safety regulations upon entry.
• Children under the age of 6 or under 115 cm in height (with ID as proof) and individuals with disability identification cards, along with one necessary companion, may enter for free upon presenting the original proof of eligibility.
• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket.
• Some exhibits may include themes related to war and human rights, with potentially violent or graphic content. Please follow on-site signage and exercise discretion when viewing.
• Before purchasing tickets, please read and agree to the above guidelines. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing to avoid any unnecessary disputes or issues. By proceeding with the purchase or refund process, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to abide by all the stated conditions.

｜Ticketing Guidelines

• Each participant must have a ticket. After exchanging your electronic voucher for a physical ticket at the ticket counter, it will be validated at the entrance to the exhibition. If you are found to have entered without purchasing a ticket, you will be required to purchase a ticket at the original price.
• The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets purchased through non-official channels.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone holding a counterfeit ticket.
• Do not purchase tickets from unknown sources. Anyone found selling counterfeit tickets will be reported to the police for legal action.
   

｜Exhibition Guidelines

• No running, shouting, smoking, use of flash photography, or bringing food and drinks into the exhibition. Do not touch the artwork. Pets must be kept off the ground. Please follow the specific guidelines posted at the entrance of each exhibition area.
• It is strictly prohibited to damage any environmental facilities or equipment. Violators will be held liable for compensation at full cost.
• If a visitor violates safety regulations in a way that is severe or poses a threat to public safety, the organizer reserves the right to involve the police. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, or cancel the event in response to unforeseen circumstances not covered by the above guidelines. Any updates will be posted on the official website or Facebook page, without further notice.

•  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, if government authorities recommend postponement or cancellation of the event, the organizer reserves the right to terminate or reschedule the event.
