- Method to redeem Uber vouchers:
1. Click "Claim" to be directed to the Uber APP, where you can import the voucher
2. Enter the Uber App, select "Account" at the bottom right → choose "Add Promo Code" in "Wallet" and copy the code from the APP → Select "Continue" to successfully redeem. Once the ticket is collected, it cannot be canceled or refunded. The voucher can be used multiple times, but must be used within the validity period. - Download Uber APP: iOS, Android
- Validity period: The validity starts once the ticket is collected (even before it's imported to Uber APP). You must complete the voucher code redemption and use it within 14 days of receiving the voucher code via Uber App.
- Important Notes:
- Uber vouchers cannot be combined. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. For example, if you have two vouchers worth 300 each, you can only use up to 300 per Uber trip and so on.
- If the cost of a single Uber trip exceeds the value of the voucher, the excess amount will be charged directly to the linked credit card. If the fare is less than the voucher, it can offset future expenses within the validity period of the voucher until it is exhausted. Each voucher code is unique, and each code can only be used once. Once added to an account, the code is considered redeemed and cannot be canceled or returned, nor can it be converted to cash. Multiple 300 vouchers obtained through purchasing Taiwan PASS can be added to the same Uber account, but their values cannot be combined.
